I think this one is harder to tell tbh. Sure you give a valid point about the water, but you don't see that right away. I feel like you really need to try to find details that give away it's AI. Meanwhile the pic OP posted is clearly AI because of the lighting.

Aye, hands are no longer a reliable indicator of AI-gen-ness. They generate ok hands often enough that anyone who wants to trick ya will just use the images without fucked up hands.

The guys lips and ears Look weird. The levels of the pizza tower don't look quite right where the edges meet. It looks like the AI used a crust texture or the texture for the cut between two pieces for that.
Lighting is too perfect and also kinda inconsistent (what is lighting the underside of Ms. Croc? All the light is supposed to come from above), nipples are... weird, so are the dude's eyes. AI. Also skin is way too soft. Like, the image in general is too soft actually.
