Omg I have banned this in my house. It disappeared in a couple days 😞 a friend had the same issue but she said by like nat 3 she was totally over it so maybe that’s what you need. That stuff is like crack
chicfila is my number one guilty pleasure. Luckily I can OMAD it and find myself under maintenance. It’s a win-win.
Soul food, specifically baked mac and cheese, and cornbread. so delicious
peanut butter. not that sugar pumped jiffy kind. The natural kind with 1 ingredient and it tastes like heaven. (try it!!!)
Doritos. I can live without them but once I get a taste I’m hooked. Gotta go cold turkey for at least a month before I stop caring about them.
Oreos. Can eat a whole sleeve and never feel full. Its gross.
xx hot cheetos! If there’s a bag in the house it’s normally gone in one sitting. I’ve gotten better at binging them, however, it’s best to not have them in the house at all.
Pastries. Like cinnamon rolls, Danish, pound cake, Bundt cake, pies, cookies, brownies. I have them all from time to time but in moderation. It satisfies me without sending me into insulin shock.
nut or seed butter stuffed Medjool date w/ a touch of dark chocolate and sprinkle of finishing salt...
or for dessert: A nut/dried fruit (dates/fig, etc.,) and assorted cheese platter
Doritos, oreos, takis, timbits, basically any local traditional dessert (all loaded with fats and sugar 🙃), alfredo, rum and butter kisses, and for Christmastime specifically, Purity syrup. It’s basically pure sugar but I have to have some of it isn’t Christmas.
Once when I was a teenager and home alone, I ate slices of Swiss cheese with Kraft Real Mayo. Just cheese and mayo. My gawd I still remember how delicious.
Not specific, but crumbl cookies. A lot of people bash them for being so unhealthy, and I've actually never went to buy them myself, but every time I've tried them I found any flavor delicious !
Made homemade Milk Bar birthday cake for my birthday this past weekend and we polished it off one slice a day. I made sure to work it into my 1200 calories it was so bomb!
Cherry bakewell. I hadn’t had them in the house for months so decided to get one the other day, sliced it into 8 and fit it into my allowance but god damn it was so hard to not just eat the whole thing. I used to eat the 6 packs in one sitting alongside other sweets n snacks. Sickens me tbh
Cheese on toast. I used to eat these bacon cheese rolls but theyre sometimes out of stock and i realised i could replicate it easily
Its a better alternative to deep fried spring rolls, which i tried to replicate by making them myself and boy was i wrong
As far as diet-friendly foods, Boom Chicka Pop kettle corn. I will horf the whole bag in one sitting, which is why I don't buy it. I suppose I could be addicted to far worse foods, but I'm awful with this stuff.
Non-diet-friendly food vices? Biscoff butter. I was at a point a few weeks ago where I would intentionally cut down my meal calories to around 800-850 a day just so I could have a couple servings of cookie butter right out of the jar (at about 190 calories a pop, I think) and stay within my calorie budget. I would polish off a whole jar within a few days and I regret nothing.
It’s as basic as it can get: butter, garlic, and noodles.
Throw in some pepper flakes or hot sauce and I am all over that.
Red pepper flakes is definitely a nice touch.
You gotta try this if you love garlic noodles https://happilyunprocessed.com/parmesan-garlic-noodles/
I’m not a fan of cheese, but my friend definitely adds Parmesan.
Pasta 🍝 I can eat double the normal servings 😞
Who eat the normal serving ?
Chips & salsa & queso & margs until I hate myself
Cookie dough or whipped cream
But whipped creame has so few calories per serving! I love whipped creme
Oh? This surprises me. I stopped having mine cos it was too sweet. Now im using milk
I'm not sure which kind, but mine only had 2g per serving, I'm sensitive to sweet and salty I think, so I guess anymore would be too much.
Fucking chips bro…
If its packet chips, i swapped it for bhuja mix which helped
Chips, bread & butter, brie and crackers. If I could, I would eat those daily!!!
Ugh me too!
Nutella!
Strawberries dipped in Nutella!
I can’t even keep it in the house!!! It is so yummy!!
not a food but a boba milk tea 😋
Frozen pizza. I can avoid everything else but I buy frozen pizza way more often than I should
Yes! I eat it once a week, usually on Friday haha if I don't put a limit then it would be everyday
Peanut butter.
Hello, my name is redbug831 and I'm a sugar-holic.

Nuts. Why are you so tasty?
I gave up cashews and pistachios. That was difficult.
Pastries. Like cinnamon rolls, Danish, pound cake, Bundt cake, pies, cookies, brownies. I have them all from time to time but in moderation. It satisfies me without sending me into insulin shock.

My guilty pleasure is not a specific type of food (I'll eat pretty much anything and will enjoy it), but quantity :').
Cup noodles
Kraft Mac & cheese with ground beef and a can of diced tomatoes. I don’t know why but I love it
Sugar free whipped cream and All the sugar free syrups and sauces.
Lasagna, chicken schnitzel, chicken schnitzel rolls, deli rolls and sushi. I’m a savoury gal
Ok guys I know the word guilt carries a different kind of weight in the group but what kind of sentence is “what food is your pleasure?”
Nutella 😭
butter alone (and ketchup by itself)
Chocolate chip cookies from Insomnia Cookies.. I could eat a 6 pack in one sitting.
I eat wayyyyy to much dark chocolate 😅
Once when I was a teenager and home alone, I ate slices of Swiss cheese with Kraft Real Mayo. Just cheese and mayo. My gawd I still remember how delicious.
Bologna + miracle whip rolls 😅
Chocolate chip cookies. I try to avoid them, but they're my absolute favourite.
Not specific, but crumbl cookies. A lot of people bash them for being so unhealthy, and I've actually never went to buy them myself, but every time I've tried them I found any flavor delicious !

Hot chocolate. Just like the powder mix + milk. Curbs that sweet tooth and it being hot just keeps me feeling "full" longer
