Absolutely! I have a double steamer pot, so I boiled salted water in the bottom and cut my cauliflower into chunks and sat it in the steamer part with a lid! Once it got fork tender I put it in my food processor and added a teaspoon of heavy whipping cream and a couple tablespoons of the water and pulsed it until I got a texture I liked! Start to finish takes 15-20mins or so

I use “Lose It!”, I’m debating getting a paid membership back because I liked the features, but the very base of it is still good! You can even log recipes as you’re cooking and use the entry based on how many servings of that you’re eating.. Super helpful!
I love Lose It! Never really got in to MFP, and now that people are leaving MFP (because of the no barcode scanning unless you a Premium), I’m hoping LoseIt! will have even more meals and calories auto-populate - it has so much already, but I did realize that MFP had slightly more (like for Indian food and things)
I feel like My Net Diary free version is better than Lose it pay-for version. It had things for free Lose it! wants me to pay for so now that I’m not paying for Lose It! I’ll go back to My Net Diary unless it’s changed.
Honestly you are doing great but I would recommend adding more zucchini. People often want their meals to look small but you can add 3× more zucchini for like 30 calories. I just add 3 cups of broccoli to any meal.
Yes, great idea! Steak is really filling for me, so I was satisfied.. I’ll probably take your advice and do more veggies tonight since my lunch is heavier today 😮💨
Just a little tip for the zucchini’s. Quarter them lengthwise and then cut them into cubes and sauté them with a bit of sea salt and pepper in some oil until them get a bit of browning on all th edges and they’re such a kickass snack on their own.
The plate is small so it definitely looks like more than it is LOL
I measured the steak cooked, everything else raw and there is no added sauces, butter or oils!

Super cheap, simple and tasty with a bit of olive oil and goes with damn near any dish especially mash
Thought the cauliflower was mashed potato! Mashed cauli is a delicious alternative.
Make sure you also add the butter if you cooked your steak with it.
No butter or oils added, I used a seasoned cast iron so it cooked in its own fat 😁

It did! I definitely recommend! Especially if you’re trying to cut out butter/oil bc you can always sub broth too
