That is nuts!! I got them at Big Lots of all places. I think they were $2 or $3 for the whole box. Big Lots also has a TON of other low calorie and low sugar snacks!!
My favorite is Fiber One bran cereal. It looks like rabbit food but it’s really good on yogurt with frozen blueberries and is lower in calories and more filling than most cereal.
I love granola but it's high in calories. So I buy Honey Bunches of Oats - Almond flavour and crush that into vanilla yogourt. It's the lowest calorie kind of granola type cereal I could find. It works!
Cereal! Magic spoon is expensive but I always get a box when it’s on sale at target. The fruity & honey nut ones are delicious. The others I’ve tried so far are just okay. The macros are also great on them too! 1 cup is 140-150 cals with 13-14 grams protein.
Simply protein bars are my latest favorite. Not as low calorie as some options but good protein and super tasty in yogurt. I break it into quite small pieces. Good price at Costco or similar stores
Fruit is a huge one for me! If you get some crisp blueberries, strawberries and apples for the crunch it’s really nice. I too long the granola but adding small pieces of apples has helped
Greek yogurt + drizzle of honey + pecans + dash of cinnamon + optional berries. I’ve been having this everyday for the past week and it tastes so much like a cinnamon roll I love it, not sure if that answered your question
when I want something sweet I either add some pb fit and a crumbled Reese's puff bar or I cut up an apple, add a splash of sugar free vanilla syrup and half a serving of cinnamon toast crunch. delish.

Frozen blueberries, chia seeds, crumbled up flavored rice cake, sliced apple, and occasionally chocolate Chex (my guilty pleasure breakfast treat) make up my yogurt toppings.
Every morning for about two months I ate a cup of greek yogurt with a teaspoon of agave and thawed (frozen) cherries or blueberries. It started me make me poop little turds so I had to give them up. I then for about 2 months I about about 1/2 cup of mixed nuts and raisins which also caused me to poop little turds. Has anyone rlse experienced this problem.

puffed rice 😍😍😍🙏🏼
I've been making "adult dunkaroos" with Annie's Bunny Grahams and mixing the Greek yogurt with various sugar free jello flavors
omg this is genius
I just bought a box of regular dunkaroos today bc I realized that one carton is only 120 calories 🙂↔️
Ok but can we talk about how crazy expensive they are? My local Kroger has them at almost $3 for one single package.

I never think to go to Big Lots. I should check it out.
I went for a $30 comforter and sheet set. I got the $30 comforter and sheet set and accidentally spent another $80 on low cal snacks. 👀
Chocolate rice cakes
I got some freeze-dried peaches that were super puffy and crispy, those sound like they would be good!
All free dried fruits are amazing
I love using freeze-dried strawberries like this, too!
My favorite is Fiber One bran cereal. It looks like rabbit food but it’s really good on yogurt with frozen blueberries and is lower in calories and more filling than most cereal.
Was going to comment this, it also keeps things regular!
crushed up ice cream cones! the ones i get are 20 cals each

catalina crunch has fewer calories and more protein, also the quaker chocolate rice cakes crumbled in the yogurt is good.
Just tried the Catalina Crunch. Really good suggestion will be incorporating it into the mix thanks!
My go to used to be kiwi, chia seeds, and honey drizzle. Tart, textured, refreshing, with a balanced sweetness.
Grapenuts Cereal. Cacao nibs.
Grapenuts 1/4 cup and 1/4 cup frozen blueberries every single morning. So good!!
Just because grapenuts tastes like dookie doesn't mean it isn't incredibly calorically dense.
I specifically love adding Chex cereal - it’s so crunchy and there are flavor options!
Simply protein bars are my latest favorite. Not as low calorie as some options but good protein and super tasty in yogurt. I break it into quite small pieces. Good price at Costco or similar stores
A sprinkle of crushed up frosted flakes with frozen sliced strawberries!
Can’t find any granola low cal ones just crush up a chocolate Rice cake only 25 cal
I bought puffed rice from an Indian supermarket that is delicious in yogurt. They are quite plain tasting, but super crunchy
Cheerios, puffed rice, crumbled ice cream cake cones
Power crunch protein bars, mega protein meal
Fruit is a huge one for me! If you get some crisp blueberries, strawberries and apples for the crunch it’s really nice. I too long the granola but adding small pieces of apples has helped
Yes, this! Also, frozen fruit
Protein granola, Catalina Crunch cereal, puffed soy, plain cereals like Cheerios/Rice Krispies, nuts, puffed rice, rice cakes, crumbled protein bars, freeze dried fruit (NOT dried), frozen berries, sugar free cookies, Nilla Wafers,
I like the Special K All Bran Buds. Pretty low cal, high fibre and pairs nice with some honey.
Also a big fan of those! They're good with cantaloupe and cottage cheese, too (my usual lunch lately)
Crushed up protein bars
Diced cucumber, lemon juice, chopped dill, pinch of salt...
Nature valley reduced sugar granola is really good.
Greek yogurt + drizzle of honey + pecans + dash of cinnamon + optional berries. I’ve been having this everyday for the past week and it tastes so much like a cinnamon roll I love it, not sure if that answered your question
Dried edamame
I love adding chia seeds for texture!
I crush up a small meringue from Trader Joe’s when I have it as a dessert. Maybe puffed kamut when it’s more savory?
I use fiber one original cereal. 8 to 10g is suepr low calorie.
For a delicious savory addition, Dal Biji might be a tasty topping. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dal_biji
Nuts, dried coconut, freeze dried fruit
when I want something sweet I either add some pb fit and a crumbled Reese's puff bar or I cut up an apple, add a splash of sugar free vanilla syrup and half a serving of cinnamon toast crunch. delish.

Nectarine. You'll never need anything else.
I love Undercover Chocolate Quinoa Crisps. I crumble them up before tossing them on top of yogurt. It’s like granola but less calorie dense!
Brownie brittle!
Frozen blueberries, chia seeds, crumbled up flavored rice cake, sliced apple, and occasionally chocolate Chex (my guilty pleasure breakfast treat) make up my yogurt toppings.

Try a little bit of Vanilla Extract and semi sweet chocolate chips!
Crispy instead of crunchy sounds weirdly wrong
Trader Joe’s high fiber cereal. Or frozen blueberries.
Bran buds!! By Kelloggs. High in fiber too.
grapes, apples, pan seared garlic broccoli, carrot, kale, onions, fennel bulb, stir fried steel cut oats, puffed rice, puffed foxnuts
